Any company which uses DRM, commonly called “Digital Rights Management”, but more accurately called “Digital Restriction Management” is highly suspect. Why? DRM is hazardous.
Little Bear Brand I consider to be unethical; it is associated with some carrots which purchasers are forbidden from cultivating. So if you toss them in a compost heap, and they start growing, you’re breaking the law.
These clowns I consider to be unethical for abuse of the Trademark system in a lawsuit about Mac OS X 10.4 (“Tiger”). If they hadn’t waited until the day before release to complain, I might forgive them.
