The next version called HH4.m has been edited to format latex markup better on the MAC (Thanks to William Mau) , and will probably also work on other OS's, so I suggest using HH4.m for homework.

# Parsing and Plotting SWC files

Plot graph from incidence matrix and geometry array:gplot3.m This code is a small modification from matlabs gplot command that allows printing of a 3D dendritic tree. It is called by importSWC.m (below).

Parse swc input into matlab:importSWC.m This file reads standard SWC morphology data into matlab, and constructs an adjacency matrix and geometry file suitable for visualization with gplot and gplot3. NOTE: You will need to copy l24a.swc (next entry) into your working directory for importSWC.m to run (and, gplot3.m above).

These files are a brief tutorial in Strang's Linear Algebra method for circuit theory, demonstrated with a Voltage Divider and an RC circuit.
